What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: first name, last name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a free survey, prepare a written quotation and keep a record of our correspondence. We never sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We store a single key in your browser, topcoat-cookie-consent, to remember your consent choice, plus any strictly necessary keys required for the site to work.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on the Lovable platform (see the Lovable Trust Center at https://trust.lovable.dev/) with backend services provided by Supabase. Google Maps is embedded on the contact page and Google reviews are displayed on the homepage; these are subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Data retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and to fulfil legal or accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your GDPR rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@topcoat-services.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
