I needed a fairly small maintenance job doing on our property in Moraira and struggled to get anyone local to do it. I pinged Topcoat an email and within a couple of hours we had arranged to see the job. 2 days later John and his team had it sorted.

Acting on a friends recommendation we used Topcoat for some rooms in our home. It was a refreshing experience to have a company that arrive when they say they, do the job well, and leave everything clean and tidy. Furthermore, the work was also done for a fair & reasonable price.

These guys are awesome. They just completed a full paint job on the exterior and interior of my new 6 bedroom pool villa including all the balustrades. They clearly explained the process before they started and executed it perfectly.

The team gave me a breakdown of the costs to repaint my villa so I was able to choose. They were very tidy and organised. Two coats of paint where applied and the villa is now looking like new. Would definitely recommend Top Coat properties.
